Vendor Support Specialist

To strengthen the finance team Vendor Support, we are now looking for a Vendor Support Specialist responsible for creating reports and documentation for SFS sellers and supplier partners for various types of bonuses and split payments, based at our office in Umeå.

About the position

As a Vendor Support Specialist, you will be part of a team of 5 people responsible for operations in Sweden, Norway, and Finland. In the role of Vendor Support Specialist, you will be responsible for creating reports and documentation for SFS sellers and supplier partners for various types of bonuses and split payments. This requires you to work in a structured manner with accuracy and to check parameters in accordance with systems and collaboration agreements. You will also be responsible for invoice registration, verification, and matching of invoices for payment, as well as analysis, reconciliation, and accounting of bonus-related provisions. The role also includes support and administration for the Nordic countries together with our sales and finance department and partners. You are expected to take an active role in developing Vendor Support's working methods and quality assurance of this.

The role further involves ongoing interaction with internal contacts, including department heads and other support departments in the Nordics. You will report to the Senior Vendor Support and Finance Manager at SFS AB.

About you

We see that you, as an applicant, have a bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent education at the university level or vocational school. You are comfortable with tasks related to contract management and accounting. You have 1-4 years of experience from similar roles or you are currently working as an accountant. Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written (working language is English). We also see that you have very good skills in Excel.

• Knowledge of Finnish, both spoken and written
